      Pros

      Great management team. Positive company culture with open 2-way communication. Flexible work schedules, which makes it easy to have a healthy work-life balance. Fair compensation models.

      Cons

      There aren't any downsides to working at Compassus. It is a great company with plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      Compassus is truly driven by their purpose and lives their values of compassion, integrity and excellence. The company genuinely cares for each and every employee AND as individuals. They put a lot of time and resources into training new employees and on developing existing employees. I've watched my fellow teammates have opportunities to advance in their careers. I would highly recommend Compassus not only as a great place to work but care for any of my loved ones.

      Cons

      The work can be emotionally draining but that is nature of hospice care. At times the days can be long.

      Pros

      When you start working at Compassus you are overwhelmed with the kindness from leaders and teammates alike. Everyone is helpful and wants you to succeed in your new job. Home care and hospice - and healthcare overall - is a tough industry to work in more so now than ever. We are doing our best work to be an employer of choice and provider of choice. It's humbling to work with such great people every day and have the chance to contribute to such an amazing organization.

      Cons

      Healthcare is hard in this day and age. Compassus is doing great things to be the best provider in all communities we serve.
