      Pros

      This is the best hospice company. Their mission is to provide quality care and service for all patients and their families. Working in hospice is a huge responsibility to give of yourself to care for others at a very important time. Being world changing means never becoming comfortable in what you do but always striving to do more and raising the bar for standards in quality care. Working for Compassus is not for those just looking for a job but for those that really want to make a difference.

      The company has grown over the past 3 years and change can be challenging for team members.

      Pros

      Compassus is a wonderful hospice and palliative care company that strives to ensure high quality of care for their patients. The company also encourages continuing education and career advancement.

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working for Compassus. The only thing that comes to mind is the hours that the RNCM must endure, which has significantly improved.
