      Pros

      My associates will do anything needed to take the best possible care of our patients and their families.

      Cons

      Census is always a probkem and sunce I am PRN I cannot earn enough on a regular basis to support myself: something that would not be a probkem if tge census was simly higher.

      Loved my team I worked with and patients.

      Unrealistic expectations!!! High caseloads, large territory and needed to help another site on top of the 3 roles I had for my site. Not allowed to take vacation time as there was not any staff available to cover me as so many people left other sites. Walked away with lots of pto I couldn't use because there was no coverage and they don't pay out Pto. Very little support from leadership. Too much focus on financial aspect and not enough on patients and staff needs. We were part of an aquition and never felt heard or supported. Never would have chose to work for this company if not through purchase.

      Pros

      Pay is good and so is the PTO.

      Cons

      The company has grown too fast and seemed to forget it is the employees at a program level the make this thing work. There is little to so support and not enough management positions to really help out the local programs. Basically, your voice will not be heard. Say too much and you will be termed with no warning.
