Micromanagement seems to be a huge thing at Compassus. I also experienced multiple incidents of aggressive/hostile behavior from "colleagues," - peer and higher-ranked individuals. While on the surface, you're told to set boundaries and say when you have too much on your plate. But underneath that, it is very much a dictatorship, and you're supposed to do what you are told and never question it (unless you want to lose your job). I truly believe management only cares about sales numbers, not patients, and certainly not employees.
My advice, DO NOT work here.
During my interview, I thought the culture of the company would live up to its name, but in reality, that couldn't be further from the truth!
