      Pros

      The patients are what made this job worth while.

      Cons

      Management allow bullying behavior. They expect you to be a "yes" person if not they will find a way to make your job miserable and get rid of you. They say "occasional" call, be prepared to be a CM and an On call nurse. No leadership what so ever. Staff are always on edge, so many secrets. Family life is not important to management. Quantity not quality here, it's all about the money.

      Pros

      VP's have zero idea what they're doing, but are on power trips because they think they know all. Treat staff like peons. All about the numbers even if that means taking patients who aren't eligible for hospice. Ran by a group of really uneducated and inexperienced people. Was an embarrassment to associate my self with this company

      Pros

      Local office staff was amazing to work with. We were all very dedicated to the team and to the patients.

      Cons

      Management above local office level could not have been less supportive. Upper management were very disconnected from the office level and there was a complete lack of communication. Marketing and admissions were the primary concern, not the existing patients. Staffing levels were to low ( a general health care issue).
