      Pros

      This is a great place to work. Not only do we provide a great service to families, we have a great group of people that work here.

      Cons

      We may have health insurance that is not so good, but we still are offered it and we are offered an HSA to help offset the high deductibles.

      Pros

      I have worked at Compassus for almost a decade. They always have taken care of my needs professionally and personally. If I ever have a problem my management helps me get to the solution. I have gained a lot of knowledge in billing. I have made lifetime friendships as well. My Supervisor is always willing to help when I have a problem in my work or personal life. PTO accrual is immaculate, second to none. I am frequently praised for my accomplishments. Even when I have a bad day I am proud to work for Compassus.

      Cons

      Insurance is a high deductible plan but I have the option for a HSA card that offsets it.

      Pros

      This company, and their entire leadership is FAIR, HONEST and REAL! They treat their colleagues like family, and are very pro colleague and patient! The care and treatment to the colleagues and patients has ALWAYS been their number one priority. If you have left Compassus on bad terms, then it's almost a given that you had faults that you aren't admitting. The company gives their colleagues every opportunity to be successful, if you take the tools and leadership provided. I have grown tremendously as an employee and as a human being, because of this company!

      Cons

      I cannot think of one con to working for this company, they are amazing.
