Pros
Local office staff was amazing to work with. We were all very dedicated to the team and to the patients.
Cons
Management above local office level could not have been less supportive. Upper management were very disconnected from the office level and there was a complete lack of communication. Marketing and admissions were the primary concern, not the existing patients. Staffing levels were to low ( a general health care issue).
