Compassus reviews

Micromanagement seems to be a huge thing at Compassus. I also experienced multiple incidents of aggressive/hostile behavior from "colleagues," - peer and higher-ranked individuals. While on the surface, you're told to set boundaries and say when you have too much on your plate. But underneath that, it is very much a dictatorship, and you're supposed to do what you are told and never question it (unless you want to lose your job). I truly believe management only cares about sales numbers, not patients, and certainly not employees. My advice, DO NOT work here. During my interview, I thought the culture of the company would live up to its name, but in reality, that couldn't be further from the truth!

Unfortunately somethings are too good to be true. If you are currently looking for a job don’t stop searching. DO NOT pass up any potential career opportunities because Compassus will terminate you during orientation. After weeks of interviewing, background check and travel. All of it down the drain because of one person. If you humble yourself and treat people with respect it won’t help. Don’t look the wrong way, don’t cough, don’t smile and please don’t have confidence.
