      Clinical staff in the field great team as well as office staff. Area management supportive and strong

      Cons

      Management above the area level useless and disorganized. Non responsive to emails, text and always late to calls.

      Pros

      Caring coworkers, can be fulfilling work.

      Cons

      Literally everything else was a dumpster fire. No real training, no support, extremely high turnover rate for all departments, the list could go on. Once the pandemic started, as well, the lack of COVID protocol follow through and masks being worn by management/corporate staff was shocking.
