Pros

Pay is good and so is the PTO.

Cons

The company has grown too fast and seemed to forget it is the employees at a program level the make this thing work. There is little to so support and not enough management positions to really help out the local programs. Basically, your voice will not be heard. Say too much and you will be termed with no warning.

Pros

None. Not one single pro. Nothing good. Coming rom Hospice Advantage, I held high hopes for this organization, but they disappointed at every turn. Not one single pro.

Cons

Prior Hospice Advantage employee. When Compassus took over, everything went downhill- fast. Compassus has no moral standards, they don't care about their employees NOR their patients.

The idea of a hospice provider with a national footprint is a good business model.

Cons

Focus on growth and acquisitions seems more important than compliance and employees. Breakdown in communication between employees and upper management. Complaints and suggestions are discouraged.
