Poor Management, Inconsistent Standards between locations, Poor planning when moving into new markets No support for sales team! No sales Director except for Executive Director who has NO SALES EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER ! After filing expense reports it takes on average of 3 weeks to be reimbursed and you are expected to pay for all expenses out of pocket. Director is ONLY about bottom line not about good care. Care varies greatly depending on location. Some locations offer fabulous care.. mine was not one of them.

Where should I start? Way too much expected of office staff. We were bought out and told some positions would receive a pay increase based on surrounding salaries, hasn't happened. Way too many miscommunications. We have no idea who should be contacted to answer a question. Health insurance is a joke when it comes to price and the cheaper one has an astronomical deductible. Went from being paid weekly to every two weeks. Not enough recognition put on the good offices, employees, etc. There are positions on the lower end of the spectrum that feel just like that, the lower end. They are the backbone of the company and patient care. Place more emphasis on the CNAs, the team coordinators, the business office coordinators. They are the lowest paid but work harder than anyone.
