my main reason I love the most is helping patients and the family through the most difficult time of their lives. I have been with this company sense 2014 , I quit one due to family leave I was back in no time I would not want to work anywhere else, during my family difficult days my co-workers and my DCS were right there with me and Stori was right there to help me get back when things were taken care of ,we live in a rural area and travel gets hard but we all pull together and it takes a village to create success ! I think we are a successful company, and the future hopefully holds brighter days to come Sure they are days when you are stressed but, in my 30,+ years of Health care show me a job where you never get stress, but it is so rewarding Hospice is not just a job it's an adventure it's a learning process you are never too old to learn. if you work for Compassus and you put your heart into it you will be recognized and appreciated, if you are full time, you get good benefit's I came back on my own wanting Part time. even working full time, I found a balance to my life it's hard sometimes however that's with any job. we have wonderful Nurses Chaplin social worker office staff and DCS and Stori everyone one just wonderful.
