      Can not think of any.

      Cons

      No integrity or compassion where employees are concerned... they tout support on all levels to be successful yet is actually non-existent. All upper management cares about is monthly quotas, without exception. They will not hesitate to get rid of you if you are not making the numbers. The WORST organization I have EVER been a part of. RUN, don't walk, away from this company. No work/life balance whatsoever... they will suck you dry then spit you out!

      Pros

      Compassus has a great training program and really helps their employees in their time of need. By far the best hospice company to work for.

      Cons

      Hard to promote, there is a lot of turnover in the clinical department. Hopefully they get that figured out soon.

      I honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      Their second pillar of success and colleagues and culture and both should be sent to the bottom of the list. they show no value in employees. Everything is about money and hunting down dying people with no compassion. I hated this job more than anything I have ever done in my life. I could not wait to run away. I was hounded had my integrity and honesty questions. Received nasty emails at 6:00 AM on Saturday morning. Could do a single thing right. I felt like I had been saddled up and ridden like a Tennessee Walking Horse.
