      Pros

      I have been with Compassus for 26 months now. I really feel as though Compassus cares about their employees all the way thru Corporate. They care about work/life balance and do their best to accommodate you. The team looks out for each other. Our nurses and caregivers are a cohesive team that jump in when needed to help not only each other out but me as well in my position. Thru Covid Compassus has treated all of us with respect and fairness. I would recommend working for Compassus!

      Working in health care can be tough, but it is very rewarding.

      Pros

      I absolutely love this company! Wonderful people very professional everyone in corporate leadership is extremely nice. Great pay, benefits, PTO and diversity of people throughout the company.

      Cons

      Unfortunately somethings are too good to be true. If you are currently looking for a job don’t stop searching. DO NOT pass up any potential career opportunities because Compassus will terminate you during orientation. After weeks of interviewing, background check and travel. All of it down the drain because of one person. If you humble yourself and treat people with respect it won’t help. Don’t look the wrong way, don’t cough, don’t smile and please don’t have confidence.
