      Hard work but worth it

      Pros

      Very challenging work, company pushes for greatness from its leaders. Hi expectations, but also high support and genuinely care about people. Focused on delivery of the best care possible. Leadership is involved in helping each site. Invests time and funds into staff for development of their skills and knowledge.

      Cons

      Benefits are average. Health insurance isn't great but seems to be the norm everywhere anymore.

      Pros

      None. These folks don’t know the first thing about running a business with integrity and how sad if it’s the last people your loved deal with before passing.

      Cons

      Tons! Take my advice and RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can. You’ll be doing yourself a favor not to engage with this highly unprofessional group of people. Their left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Don’t waste a second more of your time here. They don’t communicate and how are you going to trust your loved ones last days with someone that doesn’t have the basic etiquette to communicate?

      Pros

      GREAT SALARY, Great management when I first was employed. Great upper management currently. Good benefits. Would have stayed to work here for the rest of my life if lower management hadnt changed.

      Cons

      Frequent firings. Benefits decreased, but still good. New management has no clue how to show respect to experienced nurses. Under the auspices of "trying to be helpful" they micromanage, to the point of being insulting. The new director is overwhelmed, and underwhelming.
