Cons

You will not be hired back if you quit! They look at employees as just a number. If you leave you can be replaced and will never be hired back, no matter your qualifications. They have multiple levels of unnecessary management. Drink the Compeer Koolaid and you’ll succeed, but if you have any kind of opinion what-so-ever they will force you out.

Great benefits and pay. Flexible work schedule. Most get to work at home some or all the time. Get to go on lots of trips.

Cons

Not a lot of accountability, as employees are hard to reach. Don’t ever leave, it’s impossible to get rehired.
