- Learn a lot - Very fast paced - "Cool" industry

Cons

- Toxic management -> can feel very male dominated culture at the top - Constant layoffs and reductions -> no psychological safety - Difficult to understanding true state of business - Don't get any free perks - Unnecessary in person requirement
