      Learn the business and technology side of the aviation business

      Cons

      They do indeed have opportunities for upward promotions (i.e. Support Engineer > Developer) But it is one of those things where you need to wait for a position to open up before there is opportunity

      Great place to learn SQL if you want to move to Administrator, Analyst, or developer. Management is very supportive towards self improvement

      not enough experience staff, and hard to get full grasp of software
