      Pros

      Small company, so you get to work with a wide range of disciplines within customer support, ie. Oracle patching, MYSQL data fixes, StockMarket Aero.

      Cons

      No planned raises and only one really low bonus plan. Upward mobility is really limited due to the lack of growth and small size of the company.
