Owner constantly reinvesting into the company and its employees. Great small community. Lots of culture events! Great Opportunities for growth.

Pros

Great company, great group of guys on the floor. Flexible management, but keeps you sticking to the task. Corporate culture is good, with company parties and outings with a lot of the guys.

Cons

Can be long shifts for those who aren't used to something like that (12 hours)
