If you get the chance to get into the “group” you will find a great team to work

Pros

Pay is very good for job (loads of overtime and they pay for it) Lots of company events.

Cons

No real upwards mobility. Long hours- 12 hour days, 4 days per week and a short day on Friday so basically 60+ hr weeks.
