Pros

Pay is very good for job (loads of overtime and they pay for it) Lots of company events.

Cons

No real upwards mobility. Long hours- 12 hour days, 4 days per week and a short day on Friday so basically 60+ hr weeks.

Owner constantly reinvesting into the company and its employees. Great small community. Lots of culture events! Great Opportunities for growth.

Delays in decision making at times.
