Pros

You'll gain a variety of desktop skills- from PC reimaging to hardware replacement, printer troubleshooting and even some exposure to Active Directory in a busy corporate environment that forces you to be organized and efficient.

Cons

Mediocre pay. Not competitive. No pay raises, EVER. Annual reviews that mean nothing and don't translate to any tangible change. Management that just cares about "numbers" (i.e ticket count) rather than real customer service

Pay is low and there is not a lot of room for growth. Pay increases are not that great.
