Pros

First off, CompuCom is a great place to work. They will assist you in moving forward in your career. They do this by offering cert training for the most all the big Tech companies (Dell, Apple, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, CompTia, Cisco, etc). This is all provided at no cost to employees. As a Field Tech, I have loved my position in, and with CompuCom.

Cons

Like any employer, Management can make or break a great position with a company. CompuCom is no different. Their are some managers that leave a lot to be desired.

Pros

Good starting wage. Friendly co-workers. Company vehicle. Gain experience in all kinds of tech and maintenance projects. Flexible schedule. Weekends off.

Cons

The work day is very full which leaves little time for training and education. Benefits are expensive. You have to be willing to figure out most processes on your own.
