Pros

I get to work from home. I get along with most of my co-workers. It provides an overall decent learning experience if you are new to the IT field.

Cons

Insufficient wages and raises. Employee performance is not recognized. There really is not any room for growth. Insufficient communications between management and employees.

Pros

Great for an entry level tech job. You don't necessarily have to a technical background for some jobs. I had a customer service background.

Cons

I have yet to see a single benefits since being absorbed by CompuCom (formerly Getronics). We no longer have sick days. The company will pay for your certifications but are VERY selective of what they support compared to before. The migration process has been a pain, which is disheartening being that we are an IT outsourcing company. New employees that work evening shifts no longer get a differential (only overnight and its reduced)
