Excellent workplace, good work culture,technically sound people around all the time, one of the best staffs.

Cons

Canteen can be better, IJP process can be more transparent. Rest all are good

Pros

An excellent team that pulled off the impossible routinely. Can't say enough about the good people that worked in the branch. The local branch management was definitely above par, and it is them that kept us together. They bred loyalty with their fair and honest treatment of the associates on the floor.

Cons

When the company lost the contract they also lost all respect for the employees. The managers that had kept us there left, and the attitude turned ugly quick. They refused to pay out on PTO and had no realistic severance package. I also felt that the attempt to bully us into staying by threatening legal actions against outgoing employees was a cheap shot.

newer employee and so far found that management is great, they do not micro manage. My office is filled with hard workers

Cons

only 2 weeks vacation to start. I have not found any cons yet
