Pros
A good starting point for new tech in the field. They will help you get certification and they will pay for them.
Cons
The pay sucks! I have been with the company for 18 years only seen to raises in those 18 years. Manager love to give you more work for hard work but they will not pay you more. DO not expect any type of bonuses pay raise the benefits went from good to the worst. They expect you to pay 30% of your wages for deductible for the insurance and without pay raise they are pushing people out of the company. Management uses threating tactics to get things done and there is a lot of promises but never fulfilled. Stay away if you can if you like to get feet wet nice place to start but do not expect anything in return.
