Pros

Great Benifits and you start with three paid weeks off and six paid floating holidays. This company works as a manage service for larger companys, your main focus is on service level agreements, no excuses. They do promote training and certifications, they provide an onsite skill port learning center.

Cons

It is hard to advance from within. To focused on Contract agreements and SLO and not enough on Customer service

Pros

Paid training and certifications, good workload most of the time

Cons

Management no longer cares about their Techs, in the CT area Techs are quitting because of the current Managers; poor management skills.

Pros

You can build great relationships with your team. People genuinely care about each other and if you're lucky everyone works together to get the job done. The option to train in additional certifications or other job areas is great if you take the risk and put yourself out to the right people in leadership.

Cons

The pay is not great, no matter your bargaining skills. The benefits at one point were really good, circa 2008, since then they have migrated most plans to an HSA with small company match deposit. The 401k, as of 2011 was only a 50% match up to 3% of your salary. To be happy and feel complete working here you need to relate this portion of your career as a paid internship.
