Pros

I am paid fairly and the job itself is not stressful like some IT jobs can be. I have a great team with amazing communication and everything is well organized and documented.

Cons

Sometimes the job is not challenging enough or I am not allowed to make decisions on my own, but rather have to refer to documentation for every situation.

Pros

Very steady and stable work(at the time of writing this I am working on a dedicated contract with a national retailer) Decent benefits and an average of 2 weeks of annual PTO + additional floating holidays Company provided vehicle and tools Unsupervised work for the most-part Professional work culture and decent organization among peers and immediate management Great opportunity to build up your network and references for future opportunities Solid experience for your resume Compucom also provided online resources to complete certifications and offered one-time vouchers for test fees Overtime and weekends are completely optional, though sometimes necessary

Cons

Uncompetitive pay and Compucom doesn't seem committed to providing competitive raises Sometimes micromanagement emails can seem incessant Sometimes workloads are quite high and expectations from management and customers are quite stressful Long commutes

Pros

Hectic, but most of the time you set your own appointments, so there is a fair amount of independence to it.

Cons

fair amount of night and weekend work
