Weird Culture

Pros

Digital building that has a gym.

Cons

Cons Culture is very strange and I believe it stems from the top-down. It's not an environment where upper management is that accessible or that supportive. There's also a mentality of "hurry up and wait" so things can get boring and frustrating really fast. CompuCom touts its digital building and it is cool at first. However, the internet connection is abysmal and there always seems to be issues with the technology. To me, the location in Fort Mill/Indian Land takes away from the appeal of a digital building. The commute from Charlotte is not fun. Turnover is also super high which is very telling.

Terrible Leadership

Pros

Consistent and challenging work. Good peers and direct managers.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Culture of no communication, no commitments, poor compensation models that do not reflect the results that you contribute. Technology is so outdated it is worthless and you are expected to purchase your own to get your work done. Little or no recognition for your efforts.
