Pros

- 100% WFH position - Convinced me to finally get out of the IT field after seeing 20 years of crappy management!

Cons

In eight years I only ever had ONE 2% raise in year four which was promptly subsumed and then greatly surpassed by ever rising shared benefits costs. The benefits coverage however got worse every year w/ ever escalating co-pays and yearly intrusive health screenings. After the OfficeDepot / CompuCom merger my groups work was unceremoniously shifted to Mexico in order to cut costs. My group was given three weeks notice that we were loosing our jobs. Upper management has been on the revolving door plan for years w/ top level executives coming and going yearly subsequently there's no stability or overarching direction to the company. Subsequently many mid-level managers have created their own little fiefdoms that often turn into warring factions within the company. All of which is completely and utterly counter productive.

Pros

Laptop. Testing tools provided. They pay for your certifications. A decent place to start, stay a year or two and get them to pay for your training, then find a real job.

Cons

Pay is pitifully low for the expected expertise and availability required.
