Pros

Most people working there are good people.

Cons

Now that they're owned by a holding company they are continually cutting benefits and perks. Also no loyalty to employees.

Pros

They pay for certifications. You *might* be able to "get your foot in the door" through management if you're a man.

Cons

Sexist Don't pay well Treats employees like they are useless Hardly any advancement opportunities Happy to fire anyone when they realize they can hire someone else for less money

Pros

Flexibility at work. Time off allowance. Relationship with local team members.

Cons

Not a positive culture. Buzz words that equate to RIF's; ACE, BluePrint. People are CC's most valuable asset, unfortunately they no longer value people. Trying to be all things to all clients; asking techs making $15/hr to have network, cisco, server, D/T, L/T, wire/cabling,scale certifications. Currently in the process of opening brick and mortar stores selling over priced and refurbed devices. A technology company that is living in the stoneage with regard to systems, etc. Looks good on the surface but underneath its a mess. The focus is on cost cutting versus servicing the clients or taking care of associates.
