Pros

The flexibility of working virtually from home is helpful. Some of the upper Management in the projects vertical are wonderful people (IE Ray Chatary, Robert Poire)

Cons

The company expects you to be committed but shows no commitment to associates. They are not good at work/life balance.

Pros

Easy interview, easy hire. That's all I can think of.

Cons

Projects appear out of nowhere. Management doesn't assign projects until the night of or day of. Never know how busy your next day will be. No raises, no promotions. Have to drive your own car. They make you buy your own tools out of pocket, no reimbursement. Had a manager say that he would pay me for tools to finish a call but never did. Management does not help you with technical support at all. They do not care if employees are overworked. You spend half the time doing useless, outdated paperwork. Essentially a retail position depending on where management wants to place you. No training at all. Was "trained" for two weeks, watching techs do printer support. My own calls were all POS registers. Learned everything from online documents that are too detailed. Don't work here if you can find any other place.

Pros

Lots of changes are happening and creating job security.

Cons

There is very little communication, which creates chaos and strife.
