Pros

We are given plenty of autonomy to do our jobs, and our boss trusts us with the responsibility. The work isn't overly demanding.

Cons

There have been no pay increases since I was hired. I was told not to expect one for seven years.

It's a job

Pros

They offer certifications, and offer employment. They have contracts with multiple large corporations which allow you to get a foot in the door.

Cons

No increases or bonuses if you're higher than 50% of the job title bracket, VP gets 10% bonus for every worker that's not filled. You end up being overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated for the work you put in. No opportunities for advancement, they will release you from projects just to hire you back at a lower rate.

Pros

Working from home and schedule; M-F 9am- 5pm.

Cons

Poor Training, Communication, and lack of Support. Graded by time spent on job, and if not met your considered a bad tech. But yet spend 70% of time working on documentation at job site.
