CompuCom is a good company to work for. They have a competitive salary range and they are fair to their employees.

They have a competitive salary range and they are fair to their employees. The only way you could lose your job is because you did not do the work that you were supposed to do.

Cons

Some jobs are field jobs which means that there may be a lot of driving. If this is something that you like to do, then it is not a problem, but if you want to be somewhere stable then a field position will not be for you.

Great vacation and paid holiday package. Convenient work schedule. Good Dental and Vision package.

Medical insurance is extremely expensive. Employees have not received a raises in over 5 years.

Sad to say but none...

They hire a bunch of temps that get no benefits and bad pay. Then after you complete your staffing agency hours, and its time to get hired directly into the CompuCom company, you are then fired for some bullsh!t reason because why pay you more with benefits when a temp worker will do it for damn near free?! COMPUCOM IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A UNION!!!!
