Pros

Its a good place to start your IT career. Good range of training tools at your disposal. They offer good Healthcare plan. They match what you invest in your 401k. They offer Vouchers for any certification(Comptia, Microsoft, Cisco, Apple etc). Get certified, get experience then get out of here.

Cons

They will hire you as an entry level Desktop Support tech with Low salary. After you start working, they will unload work that was not part of your initial job description. For example: Server support, data center operator roles, benchtop roles, infrastructure roles and Oncall 24x7 Work and responsibilities increase but Salary stays the same. No career advancement.

Pros

There were no pros. The experience I had with this company is one of the worst I had.

Cons

Account managers are horrible, they are pretty much just there to collect money of of their contractors, and provide very little assistance when it is needed. There is no Work/Life balance, you will be treated as a money making unit/slave.They only care about how much money you can make for them.

Pros

People people people are great, can really build some great relationships and friendships that can last a lifetime. Exposure to great clients, technology, roles, career growth . grateful to have worked there.

Cons

Equity owned company that focuses on earning its owners money$$$, nothing wrong with this. The con is that you'll, never make the money as you grow and your expertise deserves, but that's why you use this as a stepping stone. Nothing negative, just know thats the playing field.
