Pros

Pay for many certifications. I would say the benefits are about average. Also, vacation time seems to be about average.

Cons

They dont care about there employees no matter how much effort/devotion you give. They will push you harder and harder mo matter how much work you do. Compucom never has enough employees to handle the work load.

They push training and schooling which helps keep up to date in the field

Cons

Lousy pay, Little to no advancement, No cost of living raises in 6 years, Medical choice is horrible, HR does not value privacy.

Generous vacation allowance Usually able to take holidays off Co-workers are helpful and talented

Cons

Company has you sign into PC - 30 minutes or more before they start paying you to work When the company lays off the severance package is meager and has strings attached Company does not allow you to log off until very end of shift. Thus you are usually doing unpaid overtime as you have to finished with the last customer. Company goes years without giving anyone a raise. When raises are given they are stingy.
