Pros

You get a paycheck every 2 weeks and this is a good temporary stopover until you can find a real job/career.

Cons

Constant layoffs, excessive attrition (and inability to attract good talent) due to low pay, mediocre benefits with excessive deductibles, poor reputation and horrible policies like not paying you out for PTO time when you resign (so people use their time and quit with no notice--that is what I did). Inconsistent work-from-home policies, some people could do it while others couldn't. Awful "open concept" office in Charlotte which results in a noisy atmosphere, inability to concentrate or have private conversations. It might be great for some types of jobs to encourage engagement but not for the the roles in this office and especially not for those with employees that are all remotely located. You have to stand in the hallway near the bathroom or go outside to have any sort of confidential conversation--really silly. You are forced to hear your coworkers fighting/arguing/cursing at each other since their are no offices which is always a pleasant thing to experience.

Pros

The company looks promising with the changes in upper level management. There is a good opportunity for furthering your experience and training.

Cons

Like most larger organizations, especially ones that have had a number of mergers and acquisitions, there can be disconnect in workflow, procedures and systems that run the company.

Pros

Good for kids out of college needing to get experience. Used to be good benefits package and merit increases with quarterly bonuses.

Cons

The Company does not follow their own set of values. Win/Win: Only upper management gets the company's perks. Those below facing the client day to day making the client happy get, no type of recognition or monetary incentive. If you are lucky after getting recognized by a customer for great work. You get 50 points for the company store where a magazine or a lousy dvd is 200 points. Integrity: The reason I left... our department having gone through 6 different managers in less than 2 years all with questionable work ethics. With a tendency of over exaggerating incidents to get situations to benefit them. Respect: None whatsoever, to the point that HR had to do round table with the team twice and one to one interviews with the team to deal the disgusting way some member of the team were being treated. Unfortunately that has not changed even under new management. HR does not know how to get qualified people and knowingly allows this behavior to continue. Excellence: Project management team a complete joke. Consistently sending people out to projects with missing information, or a clear plan of action. numerous times project had to leave the client site to come back another day due to. poorly organized projects.
