The pay is way below the average.
Work over time 85% of the time without being recognized.
Management don't seems to care to keep the good employees around.
Lack of communication between management and employees.
No system to differ high performance employee from those who are useless.
There is no opportunity to grow, no matter how hard working and excellent your work is.
The only way to be recognized and move on is by shouting, making noises, and make a big deal out of yourself. Otherwise, management will not notice, won't care, and don't have the ability to recognize.
No way to communicate with upper management and share your concerns. Even, trying to do so, making you end up not receiving any response from management. They only respond to you when they need you to get something done. Other than that you dont get any attention or respond.
I can't say that every department in CompuCom is like this, but the few department that I worked with has been like this. I've been with the company for a few years, have done an extremely great job, and received great review, but have not received any raise nor recognition.
They even deny your promotion if is along with a salary increase.
