People you work with try their best to be successful. You will build some good relationships.

Cons

Executive leadership is condescending on open conference calls. Lack of respect for older employees. If you like working in chaos you will like working at CompuCom.

Pros

Plenty of opportunity to grow if you put in the work. Good pto schedule. Plenty of knowledge to learn and take elsewhere.

Cons

Outsourcing everything. Leadership makes promises they can’t and won’t keep. Pay is not competitive. Extremely outdated tools when bells and whistles promised to the customer. Operational team members use the company as a stepping stone to bigger and better things because they fail to retain strong talent.

1. Management to open to suggestion and works on the same. 2. Salary structures are good as well. 3. Yearly increments are impressive as well 4. Team is very supportive 5. HR is active and conduction many activities even remotely

1.Canteen food was not that great.
