Everyone is just the bottom line to the company nothing more. The company does not care about the clients either. Mission statement is a joke. Win/win: A successful business outcome occurs only when all participants achieve their goals. Win/win interactions result in long-term, mutually advantageous relationships. Only benefits the company Integrity: We do what we say we’ll do. - No they do not they lead you and give you excuses Respect: We respect the rights and dignity of each individual. No respect for clients or employees. Excellence: We ask our clients the right questions, we listen to their answers to understand their needs, and we proactively seek ways to help them succeed every day. - If that is the case why did they lose so many clients when they shut down the service desk. Why are they getting sued?

The job isn't stressful at all. It requires little effort to be successful and the environment is laid back.

Cons

Upper management is lacking incredibly. All they do is assign more work without giving the workers the tools we need.
