Well the management uses abusive language on a regular basis with no regards of ethics what so ever.

Pros

I learned a lot, but at the end of the day I'm glad I left this company. The workload is ever increasing, stress is out the roof, no room for raises, & seemly no advancement opportunities for hard working & qualified people. The enjoyable part of the job was the brothers at arms camaraderie that we felt working in such a foxhole together but alas even things such as that too pass.

Cons

A typical day included being belittled & cussed out with no foresight as to the effects on the mental health of the employees at large. Management's decisions drove out many of the hard workers away or to the point of insanity till they left the company or had too.
