Your co-workers tend to be good, salt of the earth people.

Cons

Management is a massive crowd village idiots with piss-poor leadership skills and very little empathy for their employees- whom they're very willing to stand on the backs of to climb the ladder. You'll get better treatment, pay, and benefits flipping burgers at Braum's (I'm not kidding, check for yourself!).

Pros

it was a job nothing more, free training provided through online courses, laid back environment but lots of work to be done, lots of experience to gain from low level technical work for multiple clients

Cons

lack of career growth, incompetent management, no pay raises, bad team work, new hires lack proper training, no team meetings to discuss goals, management communicates very poorly if ever at all, lots of pats on the back for doing nothing of value
