Pros
Training and advanced technical work are 2 of the best reasons to work for Compucom. I honed my skills at Compucom and worked there for 10 years, and finally burning out on Compucom and the job itself. It was a great opportunity with an average company. Unfortunitly the company never rated better than average, and I do not believe they care.
Cons
You get no respect from management and management is the only way to advance.
