Dear former colleague (m/f), thank you very much for taking the time to rate us as a company and giving us a feedback. Nevertheless I shortly want to comment on the cons that you mentioned: Compared to other regional companies, CGM is paying reasonable compensations. When we are looking at Germany (e.g. Koblenz), we are above average in many cases. Of course it is possible that in some cases the salary is not appropriate, but the salary is always negotiable. Maybe an open discussion with your manager or the HR Business Partner would have solved this problem. We do encourage all of our employees to take part in further education. Since I cannot see where you are coming from, I can only take Germany into account. We do even have an in-house english teacher, that is taking care of employee's language skills. I hope that you did find a new and fulfilling challenge. All the best wishes for the future! Best regards, Alexander Dohrmann (Recruitment Specialist)

Pros

Fairly high salary. Interesting tasks. 1-2 training per year.

Cons

Company had no vision (at least not shared with employees). Chaos everywhere you go. No clear statement what they want from you or statement changes everyday (hour).

Dear former colleague, thank you very much for your feedback. Pros: ******* Fist of all: I am glad to hear that you were confident with your salary, your tasks, the work-life balance and your career opportunities. It seems you have even pursued these career opportunities via extra trainings. Of course we work very hard on things like work-life balance, talent development and working out different career paths. Although, you were confident with that you can be sure we still want to improve! Contras: ************ When you say "company had no vision", I do not understand what you are meaning exactly. The vision of our company is to help people's health with intelligent IT. We encourage communication within the healthcare sector. However, I think you were more likely focusing on the executives. If we are talking about the directors board I feel very well informed. All employees get e-mail updates on a regular basis, special events or happenings are published, as well. In addition to that, we have the intranet to get further information from. Of course a local board member cannot visit every department e.g. every week, but in which company of our size (4.200 employees) would that be possible? Claiming that there is chaos everywhere cannot be true. In HR department (where I work), there is no chaos for example. Everyone knows what to do and when. If there is something unclear, we (as a team) talk to each other and search for the best solution. Of course there are some cases where it is necessary to contact the direct leader, who decides how to deal with the problem. In the end I always know what to do and what not to do and I feel like my colleagues would agree, as well. Despite this, it might be possible that there are some unclear work processes in the department you have been working in. Have you been discussing things with your local leader? Please note that "chaos" most likely is a result of different parties who did not work/communicate in the best way. You previously mentioned a lot of pros that were influenced by your direct leader (trainings, salary, career opportunites, work-life balance...). If one considers the trainings, you said that you were able to visit trainings at least on an annual basis. That does not sound like "chaos" for me. Consequently, your statement that there is chaos everywhere is not even true in your environment. Please be a little more precisely about this in the future. If you want to make a difference please contact me via email, Xing or LinkedIn. I will take care about your feedback and work with it. Of course we always want to improve, thus your feedback would really be helpful! Thank you very much for the time you spent on this feedack and I wish you all the best for the future. Best regards, Alexander Dohrmann (Recruitment Specialist)
