Benefits, competitive salary, team is ok, friendly environment.

Cons

Management is very but very disorganized. Many decisions make no sense even in the short term. It like you have two hands but you don't know what each one is doing.

Great co-workers. The team I work on is extremely competitive with each other in an extremely healthy way. This pushes one another to constantly try and do better and brings enjoyment. Unlimited PTO Great work life balance

Cons

Pay. No matter the position the pay will be below what other companies are offering. There are people on other teams that you will have to interact with that care more about semantics/politics than trying to help the customer. Depending on role future growth is limited. If you get hired into a department with higher turnover then you can be put into a more senior position pretty quickly. However, make sure to demand the higher pay.

Favoritism. Max salary increase you can get is 5-6% and that's based on performance, so you need to work twice as hard for that. Don't get paid for overtime.
