Pros
- sick leave for 1-2 days is paid without needing medical leave from the doctor - salary pretty good - you can switch projects and learn a lot of new stuff
Cons
- not a lot of benefits that can be used - meal tickets way behind compared to other companies - old technologies and hard to work if you are on the backend side, on the frontend the things are smoother - a lot of bureaucracy and paper process, didn't expect this from a IT company
