Business Outlook
Pros
The people you work with. They are nice and helpful, even though they are overworked themselves. Mgmt sometimes does nice stuff for employees like for Lab Week.
Cons
Pay is way below average. Why jump through all the hoops that mgmt demands when you can make more money at Kroger. Staff is leaving all the time. I guess pay is OK when you factor in the fact that you have to work overtime so much beause nobody else is there to do the work. No career. There are lots of old timers who have been there forever but you hae to stick around and wait for them to retire.
