Pros

I’ve spent some of my best years at Compunetix. I don’t regret a thing. The company culture is low stress, and there are lots of fun projects to work on. The salary is reasonable, too. According to Glassdoor’s statistics, they pay above the average. Most importantly, the work-life balance at Compunetix is the best I’ve ever seen, anywhere, period. They started as a family, so family has always come first. It is an all-around great place to work.

Cons

I worked at two companies before Compunetix. I can’t think of anything they did better.

Pros

If you want a stable job without innovation and want to be doing the same thing over and over everyday working on very old technology, this is the place for you.

Cons

Ideas come from top down and cannot be modified. Get rid of IBM Clearcase and Clearquest, what is wrong with you. Waterfall methodology practiced here ONLY. Compensation and Benefits are lame.
