Pros
Worked here for over an year. Very good hike and nice environment. Every team has its advantages and disadvantages though. Overall, good place to learn, very good compensation and incentives. Food is OHK!!
Cons
No work like balance. They make you work for more than the allocated hours and if you resist, they start pushing you down. Cab facility is poor. No refreshment room or something, get monotonous sometimes. Some managers are gender-biased and favouritism is there. If you believe that just good work can make you grow, than this is NOT POSSIBLE HERE. YOU HAVE TO LICK and agree to evrything your manager says. The VP is a gentleman and thus the only one who can help you, but unfortunately, you can't go to VP everytime.
